"Sabrina Lower was the professional helping me today. Very nice and well informed which is the way I like it. Transparent. Sabrina and everyone else at this agency set the standard for great service. Reeves Maddox and State Farm should be proud to have teammates like Sabrina. She makes my life less stressful. 06/30/2025 I spoke with James Houser this afternoon about my homeowner's policy of which I was more than a bit confused. His knowledge and professionalism were above and beyond what I'd expect from most insurance agents. He explained things so well that I am extremely confident with my decision to choose them as my agency. He doesn't prance around and tells it like it is, which is a breath of fresh air. When we finished the call I feel I'm right where I'm supposed to be insurance wise. I spoke recently with Patricia Russo as well, and what can I say, they're all very pleasant, extremely easy to work with and will get the information you need and the job done. If I could give this agency 10 stars, I would."
